Expo and Partner Event

Results

Despite the intense four-week cycle, I am proud to report that Impact 2023 was ClearScore's largest event to date, drawing record attendance from partners and industry professionals. Due to late changes in production, we faced tight deadlines and last-minute edits. However, I collaborated closely with my senior leadership team to deliver an impressive keynote to ClearScore's partners. I received recognition for my significant contribution to the event.

Project overview

ClearScore hosts an annual summer event to celebrate its birthday, providing a platform for engaging with partners and sharing insights about their product pipeline, the financial sector, and the future of fintech. This prestigious event is attended by most of their global partners, including major UK high-street banks. It features record attendance year after year, with distinguished guest speakers, including former MPs and compelling keynotes delivered to over 125 partners.

My role

As part of a three-person team, I was responsible for creating print and digital materials for the event. I had the honour of designing the main feature wall using Blender and developing and running the central keynote for all our partners. Our work included producing vinyl graphics for three floors, creating over 64 print files, and supplying graphics and media for display across four auditoriums throughout the two-day event.
